General Members Meeting – Every Fourth Thursday

Our next meeting is coming up, and we warmly encourage all eligible members to attend.

These meetings are an important opportunity to stay informed and involved in the life of our Sub-Branch.

It’s also your chance to have a voice – members are welcome to raise questions and participate in discussions that help guide the direction of our Sub-Branch in the best interests of our members and wider veteran community.

ANZAC Day Commemoration – Saturday 25 April 2026

We warmly invite members of the community to join us for our ANZAC Day Commemoration, as we come together to honour the service and sacrifice of all Australians and New Zealanders who have served in times of war, conflict, and peacekeeping.

Our Sub-Branch commemoration provides an opportunity for the community to stand together in remembrance and respect, and to ensure the ANZAC legacy is passed on to future generations.

Service details:

Dawn Service: 6:00am
The service will include:

  • Official welcome and commemorative address
  • The Ode of Remembrance
  • Last Post and Rouse
  • Wreath laying ceremony
  • Minute’s silence
  • National Anthem

All members of the public are welcome to attend. We encourage families, schools, and community groups to join us as we pay our respects and honour those who have served.

Following the Dawn Service, a Commemorative March will proceed from the Camberwell Council buildings to our Sub-Branch.

Throughout the day:

7:00am – Gunfire Breakfast
10:30am – Free barista coffee (available throughout the day)
11:00am – Two-Up
12:00pm – Free BBQ lunch
3:15pm – ANZAC Day AFL clash on the big screens

Remembrance Day Commemoration – Tuesday 11 November 2026

We invite members of the community to join us as we gather to honour and remember all Australians who have died in war, conflict, and peacekeeping operations.

Remembrance Day is a solemn occasion of national significance, marking the armistice that ended World War I on 11 November 1918. It is a time to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and service of those who gave their lives in defence of our nation and in the pursuit of peace.

Service details:

Time: 10:45am for an 11:00am minute’s silence followed by the service.

Morning tea will be served following the service.

All members of the public are warmly invited to attend. We encourage families, schools, and community groups to join us as we pause together in reflection and remembrance.
